Bixler 2 build #2 horizontal stabiliser stiffening.

Nice and flush now 🙂   The horizontal stabilizer is definitley too flexible so after cafeully carving out a notch and gluing in a nice piece of 3 mm carbon fibre tube. This piece is now nice and stiff :))
